What makes The Follow Through Planner different from every other digital planner?

The Follow Through Planner is a dated, digital planner that also includes my weight loss system and coaching tools that all work together inside of the planner.  

Is this only for those who want to lose weight?

No! The Follow Through Planner is designed to be used for those who are losing weight, maintaining their current weight (and not gaining) or losing fat while also increasing muscle mass. 

The Follow Through Planner also works great for those who are working with their doctor to reduce or stop using weight loss Rx and want to maintain their results and not regain.

How does a planner help me reach my goals?

Using The Follow Through Planner helps you feel like you have a working system always supporting you, helping you see your data so you can have clarity about what works and what doesn’t quickly, allowing you to make slight adjustments so you can keep going. This is what will help you ultimately reach your goals. 

All you have to do is commit to using the Follow Through Planner daily, and practice following through. It’s customizable and flexible enough that you can use it on vacation or during the holidays as much as you use it on a typical Wednesday. 

This flexibility helps you stay consistent and adapt to life’s ever changing circumstances without thinking you need to abandon your weight goals because life gets different/crazy sometimes. 

Can I print my digital planner?

I don’t recommend printing The Follow Through Planner since it’s size and dimensions are specifically designed for digital use, not print. The hyperlinked features that make digital planning efficient won’t function in printed format, and the colors and layout may not translate well to paper.

While you can test printing a single page to see the results, I cannot recommend or guarantee the print quality. Digital planners are created to maximize the benefits of paperless planning—including unlimited color options, hyperlinking, search capabilities, and digital organization—that simply don’t translate to a printed format.

A digital planning app: 

Your digital planner includes hyperlinks to help you navigate quickly and easily between pages, section, and dates: 

  • Tap on month tabs to jump to different months
  • Use the index page to access different sections
  • Tap on dates in monthly view to go to daily pages 

 “My hyperlinks aren’t working!”

  • Make sure you’ve opened the planner in a compatible app
  • Check that you’ve imported the file as a PDF
  • Try tapping directly on the link rather than near it 
  • Make sure you’re in (Read-mode) within the note-taking app

 “I can’t write on my planner!”

  • Ensure your app has annotation features enabled
  • Check that you’ve selected a pen or highlighter tool
  • Make sure you’re using a compatible stylus
  • Make sure that your stylus is charged

 “I accidentally deleted a page!” 

  • Use the undo feature in your app
  • If you can’t recover it, you may need to re-import your planner

“How do I add more pages?”

  • In most apps, you can add blank pages or templates or duplicate any page from our planner
  • Look for the “add page” or “+” icon
