Today’s podcast is an honest, personal, and  experiential-informed conversation about my experience with crash dieting, chronic stress, perimenopause and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).  I tell you about how and why I chose HRT when I was navigating perimenopause, dealing with burnout, and struggling to lose weight—even while doing “everything right.”
