keto pink lemonade

Ingredients

  • 8-10 lemons juiced (approximately 2/3  cup of juice)
  • 8-10 droppers of Sweet Leaf liquid stevia drops plain is fine, too.
  • A handful of raspberries. optional, to make it pink

Instructions

  • Add lemon juice to a pitcher
  • Add stevia and fill pitcher with filtered water
  • Stir
  • Taste and adjust sweetness to your preference.
  • To make lemonade pink,  place a handful of raspberries into a fine mesh strainer and place the strainer over the lemonade pitcher or a separate bowl.
  • Using a spatula, push the raspberries through the strainer. There should just be seeds left in the strainer after you've extracted all the raspberry juice. Scrape the juice from the backside of the strainer, too.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
