quick & easy Asian dressing

This recipe is adapted from Asian vinaigrette via NYT Food.

  • 2/3 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 C rice vinegar be sure there is no sugar added 
  • 1 TBS organic gluten-free tamari sauce
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • juice of 1 small lemon optional - if you like it tangy
  • big pinch of fine grain sea salt
  • big pinch of freshly ground black pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or dressing shaker.
  • Cover and shake until combined.
  • Keeps in the refrigerator for one week.
