  • 1/2 of a small head of radicchio cored and coarsely torn with your hands
  • 1 organic romaine heart cored and coarsely torn with your hands

optional add-ins:

  • 8-10 pepperoncini
  • 1 C salami sliced into strips
  • 1 C Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese shaved



  • Whisk together dressing in a small bowl and season to taste.
  • Combine lettuces together in a salad bowl & add half the dressing, tossing together to combine.
  • Scatter optional add-insĀ on the top of the salad and serve immediately with the extra dressing.
